Going Green – COVID update.
We all remember Kermit singing that it’s not easy being green, but we are excited that Allegheny and Butler Counties are now in green status. For Zock Family Chiropractic, that means that we will be offering massage therapy starting on Monday. We are all experiencing more stress than is then normal due to isolation and the lack of human contact. Both massage therapy and the soft tissue work that Dr. Zock performs prior to adjustment are useful techniques from reducing muscle stress and tension, increasing your sense of well being, and eliminating toxins from your body.
State orders and CDC Guidelines
We are following all applicable guidelines as set by the CDC to protect our patients and employees. We have altered our reception room to expand into the larger open space. Patients may choose to remain in their vehicles until it is time for treatment. If you are driven to your appointment, we prefer that your driver remains in the car for their own safety as well as our patients. However, there is room inside for your companion to wait. And we have deed rocking chairs outside for both our patients and their caregivers to wait in comfort. We ask that they follow the face covering and sanitation practices mandated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
We require that patients follow the state’s order to cover their faces while in the office. All employees will be wearing masks and will continue to sanitize completely between patient treatments. We will also screen employees as per CDC healthcare guidelines.
